Chefs For Hire

At YCS, we have a dedicated and skilled team of professional chefs, ready to work in your kitchens, whether it is for one day, a week or even longer term. Front of House Staff

Working alongside our chefs, we have a brigade of food service professionals, bar staff, supervisors and managers, run and managed by a separate division of the company. Outside Catering

Food festivals, weddings, music events, birthdays, marquees, crew catering…….…the list goes on. If you need food on the move, we have just the solution – a mobile kitchen, that can produce food for up to 200 covers, or be used for fast food and crew catering. Along with the mobile kitchen, we have a bespoke catering trailer that can be used for almost any kind of cuisine – but small enough to fit just about anywhere you want it!!
